Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me.

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Yes, it was convenient How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle? Yes
