I was looking for a duct cleaning company that was honest and fair. | came across AC Control and they were so nice over the phone and very knowledgeable. I decided to schedule an appointment that week. The came to my place and did an amazing job. I was so pleased with their work that I had them check out my air conditioning unit as well. I now found a company that I can call and not worry about the service being bad. You guys were great :)
I called several companies for my duct cleaning. I found AC Control and they were awesome. They provided me great customer service over the phone. They scheduled me in next day for duct cleaning. My ducts had not been cleaned in YEARS!!! They provided me pictures of how dirty they were and it was gross. I will be cleaning them at least once a year from now on. Thanks AC Control!!!

I found great reviews on them on line which was helpful for me to try and find a good heating company. This is why I am taking the time to place a review as well. We woke up to a freezing house. They are professional, reliable and friendly. My a/c was blowing out warm air. I liked their reviews and gave A/C Control a call. Right away I liked the young lady that answered the phone. She was polite and informative. She was able to accomodate my schedule, which is very hectic. When the technician showed up he was very polite as well. My air conditioning system was blowing hot air. I called A/C Control and they were able to get me a next day appointment. They called me when the technician was heading over, which I really liked, and technician showed up on time. He was nice and very informative. He had my air conditioner up and running again and I was pleased. He cleaned up behind him as well.
I called AC Control to have my unit checked out because it was not cooling as much as I wanted it too. I called several places, however I choose them because of their customer service over the phone (I'm very picky on that). The technician, who came to my house, found and fixed the problem on the spot. I would recommend them to everyone. I'm now ready for the summer.......bring on the heat!!!
