Dr Raihle and his staff are the best...You always leave with a SMILE.
Kevin and his intimate staff are like old friends! It's always a pleasure to see them and I feel I'm being given the same great care they would give to themselves!
I love how the new office is functioning, the new decor and all the latest technology available. Dentist Rahile and his staff are wonderful people, I'm glad I choose his office years ago!

Definitely five-star dentistry. His skill, his chair-side manner, the quality of his work, the aesthetic results he achieves: Dr. Kevin Raihle is an absolute find. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Throw in the warmth and professionalism of everyone on his staff and, call me strange but: I enjoy going to the dentist.
Forgot to pay for services. Had to call back next day to pay over phone. Would prefer if I had been asked whether I wanted to pay now or be billed later.
The medical service I receive at "Brilliant Smile" is excellent; probably the best available in the region. My only complaint is re. the billing. As a state employee at the U. of Ill., my insurance coverage could be called "dicey" at best. To make matters worse, "Brilliant Smile" does not furnish me with accurate bills. To the contrary I get bogus bills that are scribbled out, with a verbal instruction on what the bill is and what I am to pay.
