Thank you for helping me out in my emergency. Dr. Raihle and staff were wonderful and helpful in my situation, for usually I am not comfortable with seeing a denist, a bundle of nerves. Thank you so much again for seeing me last minute.
After my crown feel off, I didn't know what to do. I walked into A Brilliant Smile on a Saturday morning when they were closed. They just happened to be there for another emergency and they fit me in!!! I appreciate Dr Raihle and Liz for all of their help. I've found my next dentist!!!!!
After having a bad experience with another dentist office, I came to A Brilliant Smile with hopes of a better visit. To my amazement, the staff was very accommodating with processing my insurance, paperwork and all that stressful stuff that makes going into a doctor's office such a pain. Getting past that, the service in my opinion was pretty exceptional, and I'm not giving any fluff when I say that. Dr. Raihle has been my dentist for over 25 years. My dental history has been complicated and I have had many different procedures including, implant, periodontal disease, bridge work, whitening and beautiful crown work done. His office and staff are warm and very skilled. I look forward to my visits and trust that the care I'm being given is top notch! Booking appointments even on an emergency basis is always easy. Kevin goes the extra mile for his patients. I feel like family.
