Chris is the man. While the state of CT made our out-of-state purchase and registration really difficult, Chris went above and beyond to complete the deal and chase all the loose ends that needed to be taken care of. He even drove a great distance to deliver the car once the registration issues were solved. The car, 06 Sonata with low miles, is all that we expected and more.
I had a great experience working with Chris. Yes, they are EXTREMELY busy, but I called Chris when I was going to come in and he was always ready for me. I found a great car at a great price and I am very happy. You need to keep in mind this is a wholesale operation, so they don't work like other dealers. And while they don't do CarFax, we ran one while we were there. Chris was not high-pressured and did everything he said he was going to do. I would definitely go back.
