To be completely honest, we used A Better Way at our first house mostly because they were the best priced roofer - by a long shot. But we were also impressed with their experience, knowledge and friendly approach. They came through for us in a big way. An unbearably hot spare bedroom became immediately livable. Hello Mel Baumfalk, I am writing about the comments in your review. It has been months since your new roof was installed. You have not told me any issuers with the service, The roof has a 5 year installation warranty. We can come by and look at any items you would like and fix them if needed.. We explained why no bathroom vent was installed on you home, it simply was not approved on the extra item on your contract.
