A Better Way replaced my roof, we were dealing with a very tight deadline and they came within 2 days of me calling and got started right away. They were in touch the entire time keeping me updated on their findings and any other information that would be helpful in the process. Great people, service and products. Wonderful experience! We've had 4 roofs that had hail damage in May 2016. ABW replaced all of them in the last few months. The workers arrived on site when expected and completed each job in a timely manner. The roofers cleaned up everything, and the roofs look great.

They did an amazing job on my roof and gutters. Also did a yard clean up and fenced off my backyard... AND brought in a load of rocks and put rock's down my driveway! They were very affordable and were on time, Job performance from worker's went above and beyond my expectations! I will continue to give out recommendations to all my family and friend's! Rebecca we did a great job on your new roof and gutters. I did a final inspection and you were very pleased with the work. Days later I get an email saying we missed a downspout. We really did try to figure out what you wanted changed. Sometime just sitting down face to face and talking is the best way to communicate. I'm sorry no flexibility tube was not added to the bottom of the downspout. It is not proper to install a flexible tube along the foundation, but we are happy to come over and try a different way of fixing this... read more
