Purchased a garage door opener a year ago, very satisfied with the service and performance. Developed a small hiccup recently I wasn't able to fix, even with some patient coaching on the phone. Scott dropped by, on time, and after a few minutes had the issue resolved. Very friendly, and eager to help.
Scott was a very cool and knowledgeable guy who had my new garage door opener up in no time. Explained what was going on, explained the pieces, where I had excessive wear and how to prevent it in the future. Top notch!
Scott is a great guy. Called at 7 am to get door fixed was here at 8am to fix the door. He was very fast and efficient. Took him less than an hour. Fixed and adjusted everything that was wrong. Gave a 2 year warranty on parts. Definitely will recommend to all friends and family.

My garage door spring broke yesterday. I did some research online and made few calls. I came across A Better Choice Overhead Garage Door. After I explained the issue, Scott explained the process and said he would stop by between 4 and 5. Scott showed up around 4:20 pm. Scott was very honest and explained everything in detail. He was very prompt and efficient. Scott explained warranty, etc. in detail as well. Loved the service and I would recommend to all of my family and friends. Thanks Scott!!
