Top notch service yesterday when our heat pump quit with a "rotor lock" error. Never happened before. System is 2 yrs old (Next/Gen installed it). Called Next/Gen just before closing time and Chelsea sent Keith out to the house in less than a half hour. In another half hour, he had replaced a capacitor and everything was fine. Best part is it was all covered under the system's 10-yr parts and labor warranty. No hassles. No "this isn't covered under your warranty" nonsense. Just prompt, courteous service. First experience was great, they cleaned my dryer vent. They suggested I use them for my AC. 3 weeks ago we had them check out and tune up the AC. Now the AC quit working all together. Called yesterday for help, they came, said "it's frozen solid they can't do anything til tomorrow morning" We spent the night miserable, and now they say they can't come til the afternoon.
