Before he arrived he sent a text to say he was on his way along with a picture of himself. what a great thing to do! Let’ s you know the person at the door is the person you are expecting. It was 4th of July weekend and our air conditioning decided to act up and practically flood our condo. I called many companies with no results. But when I contacted Next Gen they worked with me to get a time that worked and were there to save the day!

Excellent response time, friendly, professional service. My air conditioner stopped working so I called Saturday morning and the technician Sam was there within about an hour. He thoroughly explained his diagnosis and repaired the unit right away. Couldn't ask for better service!
Wonderful experience today with my A/C repair. Tech was on time and immediately recognized the problem and quickly repaired it. He was polite, easy to work with, and friendly. I would recommend Next/Gen any time. I know I will be calling them the next time we need service.
