RecommendedJohn is such a nice man! i felt very comfortable with him. He took the time to explain about the different ac units and pricing. Before he arrived he sent a text to say he was on his way along with a picture of himself. what a great thing to do! Let’ s you know the person at the door is the person you are expecting. Haven t made a decision yet still getting quotes. I was very impressed with this company

RecommendedExcellent response time, friendly, professional service. My air conditioner stopped working so I called Saturday morning and the technician Sam was there within about an hour. He thoroughly explained his diagnosis and repaired the unit right away. Couldn't ask for better service!
RecommendedWonderful experience today with my A/C repair. Tech was on time and immediately recognized the problem and quickly repaired it. He was polite, easy to work with, and friendly. I would recommend Next/Gen any time. I know I will be calling them the next time we need service.
