I contacted Next Gen Air on Sunday afternoon because my air conditioner was not cooling. The on-call tech came out and troubleshot the problem and found it was a capacitor that had gone bad. He replaced it and all was good.
They were quick to respond to our call. Even better, we didn’t have to wait long to have a new unit put in when our 12 year old one failed.
This company has the best customer care I’ve seen in a long time.
