Very disrespectful, auguring and unsanitary. Uses the same things on everyone. Not listening to the customer and yelling and very rude and disrespectful. Today will be my last day coming to this nasty disrespectful nail salon.
I’ve been going here for the past 4 years and it’s always great. Judy always does an excellent job on my nails making them look beautiful. Mindy does my mom’s nails and it’s always so beautiful. We get our pedicure done too.
So I been going here loosely for about two years it’s right by my house convenient and decent price. Lately they are very rough and aggressive I went on Saturday and I have literal cuts in my feet from her using the callus removal, I just got a pedi two weeks ago so there was no reason for her to go in like that but they like to act like their getting so much then I get tips and with no regard literally burning my cuticles with the electric tools and filing extra hard for no reason! Worst nail salon I’ve ever everrrr been to !! … and I’ve been to some bad ones before lol lady’s are rude and avoided and effort to make me happy with there work ! Rushed my fill-in overused acrylic ruined my natural shape of nail and was going to paint over the filing dust didn’t even ask me to wash my hands or use a tissue to wipe with alcohol.
