These guys did an inspection on a house we purchased a few months ago, and inspected the roof with a drone rather than getting up there in person. They missed several damaged areas of the house that have cost us several thousand dollars in the first 3 months. I would certainly go with someone else. In response to their reply: the photos they took with their drone were horrendous and showed no clear damage. They stated that damage was a possibility and that repairs “may be needed” just to cover their backside.
Outstanding work and wonderful home inspections.
