If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog hasn't eaten in over a week without throwing up and constant diahrea. After spending $1000 on blood work; xrays and some medicine which arguably made him worse I was told to schedule a $600 ultrasound with their partnering imaging location. I was then told I'd have to provide a time frame of three days and hope that the doctor has an open spot that coincides with my availability. ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE of URGENCY. Bob Thomas is our favorite doctor.
FIND SOME PLACE ELSE. I had previously used this clinic as my primary Vet back in 2016-2018. But then I moved, and I remember why. Recently my cat experienced eye problems and this was the only appointment I could get on a Sunday. While the doctor was nice he ultimately didn’t treat my cats eye as aggressively as he should’ve. He didn’t suggest blood work, or a more thorough eye exam which may have resulted in my cats eye becoming permanently damaged- something I discovered 10 days later when the eye drops he gave me didn’t ... read more
