Smooth and Easy! The inspection was very thorough! The inspector assessed all areas of the house including the pool and landscaping. After his inspection, he sat down with us and went the each line item of the report, answered our questions and provided further detail or explanation when requested. We were able to make an informed decision on what repairs to ask the sellers to handle, to which they agreed based on the copy of the report they received. Thank you for making this part of the home-buying process smooth and easy!
