Excellent Service! The inspector was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He was on time and he delivered an excellent report. So good in fact that we decided not to buy the house! It just needs too much work as a result of the inspection.

Best Inspector Rich was the inspector for our new home. We have owned three houses before this one and engaged several inspectors. Rich was the best I have ever come across. Not only did he know his business, he took the time to walk us through his findings and treated us as adults when explaining his findings. He went through everything and even places I would never have thought to look. The documentation was great! I really think I owe Him more money.
Absolutely The Best Nathan Ross inspected this home as if he were buying it. It took about 3 hours for the inspection and then he went over every aspect of the inspection. Using his laptop I was able to follow along as he pointed out discrepancies, showing me the pictures and giving a more in-depth explanation of the faults. Extremely Efficient From first contact this experience was nothing less than incredible. The inspection was set up for the afternoon of the same day I called to request it. Necessary paperwork/payment was handled quickly electronically. Inspector Luis Perez was extremely efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable about every facet of the inspection and did an excellent job explaining his findings. I heartily recommend this company.
Certainly Recommend Nathan was professional, efficient, thorough, and pleasant. We had some concerns on this home and he checked out every one of them and recommended the buyer get additional inspections which we agree, were needed.
