They made my tenant wait two weeks for an appointment, but we accepted because it's hot across the region and we know HVAC companies are busy right now. My tenant took off work for the 10am appointment, but they didn't show because it rained from 10:00-10:05. Around noon Roger said he was on his way from another job. Roger showed up at the next door neighbor's house at 4pm, then drove away before my tenant could catch him and tell him he was at the wrong house. Please do not use this company. I purchased a house and the furnace was working until Roger came to my house. He came the first time and I paid my deductible. After paying my deductible, Roger didn't return. I called my warranty company and complained and all of a sudden he appears. He came in looked and stated he would write it up. I never heard back from Roger after he got that money. His customer service is horrible. He lied to the insurance company and today them the system wasn't working which was a lie. Rodger came to work on my unit and when I had problems and need him to return he refused to go back and the home warranty 2-10 had a problem with him to return. He changed his prices with the warranty company so he can drop the contract with them. Meanwhile I been waiting to hear back from him and the warranty was waittng to hear back with him and by this time time I am waiting 3 weeks to hear from someone to call me for an appointment, while my basement AC unite is leaking water in my basement.
Don't use this company. This guy is terrible. He misdiagnosed the problem and talked my home warranty into selling me stuff I didn't need. Then when he came back to install what i didn't need, he realized his mistake and told me I had a leak in a hose and had no freon. THAT was the reason he was called in the first place. Took almost 3 months start to finish. This guy is a joke. He deserves no stars.
