Upon arrival for my appointment, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. I absolutely loved Mark's genuine smile and warmth. He asked questions about what I was looking for in terms of style and proceeded to enthusiastically show me hairstyles that might appeal to me and meet my criteria. And he gave me an awesome haircut. The best facial I have had in a long time. Janice has the right touch and expertise and I have glowing results. And I can say the same about the massage. Amanda did an amazing job with my deep tissue massage. I found the spa by staying at a nearby hotel and so glad that I did.
