Happy Customer – I have been a customer of this company for about 2 1/2 years now. My husband and I bought a new house out here when we moved from Fremont. I have had a really good experience with this company and I am very glad I chose them. Sometimes I can be pretty picky, I know...or at least that's what my husband says, but they have always been so kind and helpful. That's why I decided to write a review. They have gone above and beyond to keep us happy and our house so far has stayed bug free! Just like I like it.
Rare Find! – I used Omni Pest Management to spray my home and yard last summer for the first time. They initially came out because I had a horrible problem with spiders and ants. I also had wasps in my roof. I called around to get estimates from about 7 companies. All of the other companies either wanted to send someone to my house to give an estimate or take my number and have a salesman call me back. I didn't want either of those. Poor customer service. Very unprofessional! – This family owned business has the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. After a year of being unable to treat the ants in my home THEY decided I was not communicating well enough for their liking and chose to stop servicing my home.
