great customer service, Aaron explained everything he was doing, was prompt, seemed very knowledgeable and fixed the problem that very same day.

To my surprise, the A & A ca;;ed me within 101 minutes after I put in my requests and informed me that they could come out the next day, before one o'clock . The Technician arrived as promised and was able to fix my problem within 30 minutes. He was very polite and professional and the fee was very reasonable. Less than I thought I might have to pay.
The repair cost was a little expensive to compare with the appliance value.
They were honest personable and very professional
I was able to get on the schedule within a day of the request. The technician was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and immediately provide a quote for the official diagnosis in person as well as the cost for performing the service. After the service was performed, the technician had me verify that the issue had been resolved. He noted there would be a little time before everything was back to normal.
