Although late, I was advised the day before that he would be late. The problem was identified quickly, and the action plan was described fully then executed professionally. Very pleased with service!

On time. Knew what the problem was right away and fixed the problem in minutes. Job finished within 20-30 minutes.
Very fast response. Had the needed parts on the truck. Could not believe that the parts and labor were so high, based on my knowledge of such costs. Went with them because of time pressures (immediate need to use dryer).
I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.
Ratings are somewhat misleading but the selections offered are limited. Company was great. . No complaints. However the appliance, a Samsung fridge, finally decided to start making ice the moment they arrived, so there was really nothing for the them to do. However they were early, very nice, answered my questions so I definitely plan to use them again.
Found out that appliance was working ok after he came to fix it.
