They refused to treatment my suffering dog because I had an outstanding bill with them. (The amount of the bill was in dispute). Despite that I offered to pay for that day's treatment and offered to make a large payment on the bill, they refused care unless I paid the disputed bill in full which I did not have the ability to do and I told them that. Care is always wonderful. Staff is friendly and efficient. Love all three vets but Brad is our regular - he''s part of my animal family!!!!
Dr. Dave was wonderful during our visit when we had to make an end of life decision for my son's cat. He was very thoughtful and respectful. The office staff was wonderful as well.
We've been going here for years. The staff and doctors are always super friendly. We've had positive experiences with all of the Vets, but Dr. Katie in particular is fantastic with our cats.

They SUCK and I will never go back there. Took big dog in, they were told he was big, very big. I had done business with them for years previously, but moved and changed vets. Ours was booked so I called A-4, have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Is this how you do business? He talked shit behind my son's back as he walked away. He was lucky I wasn't there or he would have been on his ASS.
