I never liked bringing my ferret to you but my normal vet didn’t know much about ferrets and couldn’t give her the care she needed so we had no choice but to come to A4. I never liked coming to the office, we were never treated like we should’ve been. My ferret who was old became very ill and I knew it was her time. When I called the office I’m crying upset and the woman who answered showed no respect or empathy to me as my long time critter was dying. Rudeness isn’t even a good one to use for this place. Days after welcoming our new puppy to our family she became violently sick with Parvo and tape worms. Dr. Schmitt and the staff at A4 have been taking amazing care of our sweet baby! I am comfortable and confident leaving her in their hands, knowing she is getting the best possible care and lots of love too!
My iguana injured her tail and needed to be seen. They were all wonderful to work with. My Jack is super tame and sweet as can be.. they all had to handle her� I know she loved the attention. A week later, she's back to climbing in her habitat. Thanks everyone.
Dr. Brad is amazing with my Conure. We see him regularly for beak and toenail trims... Also one emergency trip when Juan Pablo's toes got shut in a door
