I recently had the pleasure of doing business with A-1 mountain property. They helped me with a relocation quickly when my other deal fell through. With in a few months a medical problem occurred with me. And they went above and beyond their do use to help me relocate again. I am very satisfied with the company. And I would recommend them to anybody renting, or using their rental management service. Thanks again to A-1 mountain property management..????

Lesson Learned
We rented a home through A-1 mountain property management for only 3 months. The owner is crook. The home was absolutely disgusting when we showed up to move in even though the property was vacant for 18 days prior to moving in. The day I moved in I called Cole (owner) to ask if I can have a house cleaner come to take care of the mess. He said no. Also, Jean showed up for the previous tenants move out inspection the day I was moving in. She apologized for how filthy it was and blamed Cole for everything. Dog hair was all over the carpet, along with stains everywhere, and spider webs all over the place. She literally was âÂÂcleaningâ (vacuuming) while our movers were moving our belongings in. She also assured me that I wouldnâÂÂt be charged a cleaning fee when I moved out, LIE! Just filthy. We dealt with it and cleaned up the home very well. We never had hot showers and they were never fixed properly despite our request. Once we moved out, we were ripped off on our deposit. They took pics of the stains that were present BEFORE we moved in and charged us to clean the carpets (although IâÂÂm sure they werenâÂÂt cleaned Bc they sure as heck didnâÂÂt clean them for us). They charged us to move a washer and dryer back in that was about 20 feet away. We allowed them to store it in the home for free (us trying to be nice), yet they still charged us over $200 to move them back in place. Whenever the home was being shown for new tenants, they did not show up! We had to handle all showings ourselves. Every possible tenant calls/texts you and not the agent. When I moved out, I called Jean to check to make sure everything looked good, she told me that âÂÂit looked great, and you would only be charged for the septic pumping,â LIE! When I called Cole to discuss the deposit refund he told me heâÂÂs âÂÂnot talking to me on the weekend.â Absolute rip off. Do not use them. They do not take care of clients and especially their properties. Gross. We shouldâÂÂve been paid for cleaning up that property so much!

A-1 TRULY SOARS ABOVE THE REST!!!
A-1 Mountain Property Management truly soars above the rest!!!! I couldn�t be happier to have a property management company that not only cares for their properties but also their tenants. Cole and his amazing staff have been above and beyond superior from day one of moving into my beautiful property. Any issues with the house were quickly addressed and the communication couldn�t be any better. I feel very fortunate to rent from such a great property management company that always strives for excellence and always gives their best.

Great Experience with A-1 Mountain Property Management
I have to say that I have had nothing but a positive experience with A-1 Mountain Property Management. My wife and I moved back to Colorado from Texas in September of 2018 without a place to live. We knew that we wanted to be in the Pine/Bailey area and A-1 helped me find a place fast. The A-1 Mountain Property Management team was very good to me and my family and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

A-1 Properties was there for me and my family when I needed to rent my home. I took on a new career path and need to relocate quickly. Cole was quick to get renters in and Jean was always available to pick up the phone and answer my questions. A-1 properties helped relieve the stress of moving/renting my home. I would like to say thank you to A-1 properties, and would use their service again in the future.

This guy pulled a bait and switch scam on me. Took my money for the house my wife and I pick out then told us we couldn't move in that one but he had another one he could put us in. Needless to say 250.00 more a month, 20 miles further out 285, and the house was disgusting. He made lots a promises but never fulfilled them.

Avoid if possible!! Despite charging a great deal for rent, Cole made multiple promises for repairs and improvements, like installing screen windows (which he promised to do when we were touring the house, before we even signed the lease) and a patio screen door, and never delivered on them. Multiple windows would not even lock, so they installed 5 cent locks like you would put on a small wood box, leaving such a large gap in one window we had to duct tape to keep bugs out. A woodpecker was living in the house and they refused to patch the hole for an entire year. To top things off, when our lease was up, they kept an inappropriately large portion of our security deposit and refused to justify why after multiple requests. They are even trying to bill us for issues caused by previous tenants and clearly noted on our move-in form, yet are completely ignoring our requests to make it right. We're left with no choice but to take them to court soon to get an answer apparently.
