Avoid if possible!! Despite charging a great deal for rent, Cole made multiple promises for repairs and improvements, like installing screen windows (which he promised to do when we were touring the house, before we even signed the lease) and a patio screen door, and never delivered on them. Multiple windows would not even lock, so they installed 5 cent locks like you would put on a small wood box, leaving such a large gap in one window we had to duct tape to keep bugs out. Sad to say but I go out of my way to avoid renting from a1 at all & that's pretty hard to do up here bc they manage quite a few properties for the area. My overall experience in the 18 mos I rented, and paid on time in cash every month, was frustrating-to say the least. I will admit I was a new renter in Colorado at the time and cole's act totally wrangled me in. Cole, Karin and Jean are always helpful and prompt. I have rented 2 homes in the last 14 months from them and have NEVER had any problems. None. They have been very flexible and understanding of my individual situation and have really gone out of their way to help in any way they can. If you pay your rent on time, keep the home you are renting from them in nice shape and keep the lines of communication open, you will never have an issue with A1. Cole and his Wife are scandalous, do not trust these people with your money ever. They will also steal from your home while you are gone.
It is very clear to me that they are submitting their own review because they are lazy and crooks. DO NOT EVER DO ANY SORT OF BUSSINESS WITH THEM, AND NEVER EVER RENT A HOME THROUGH THEM. You would be better off sleeping on the streets.
Cole the owner and Mona one of his agents were extremely helpful in helping my family and I find the right home for us. They treated us like people, not an application, and that is great to see in todays business world. They assisted us in every way possible to find the right home for my family and I.
