Had about an hour to get in and get my stuff for work. I locked my keys in my house and had about an hour to get in and get my stuff for work. I called several other locksmiths and they all charged $110.00 or more. And they were quoting at least one and a half hours to get to my house.
I only wish I had called sooner. The locksmith, Desmond, was very friendly and professional. He arrived quickly and provided his service in a timely manner. He even changed my light-bulb for me. The price was right too. I would HIGHLY recommend A1 locksmith to anyone. I only wish I had called sooner.
Desmond was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I called at 10:30 am and was in possession of my keys (which I'd locked into my ignition) within a half hour. Desmond was friendly, courteous, and efficient. As positive an experience as I could've wished, under the circumstances.
I will definitely call A1. I had an urgent lockout situation and was having difficulty finding an after-hours service. So I was very thankful to find A1 Locksmith Service. After having several companies say they couldn't help me, it was a tremendous relief to hear a friendly voice on the other end of the line ready to help. They arrived at my home in less than an hour, and had the locks replaced in just a few minutes. If I need locksmith services in the future, I will definitely call A1.

Great service, fair price and a timely response. I was locked out of my house on a Sunday afternoon. I called 4 places and all were unwilling to help in a timely fashion. I called A-1, they were there within 30 minutes and i was in my house 5 minutes after that. I would recommend them to anyone in the Grand Rapids area that needs help. Great service, fair price and a timely response.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I locked myself out of my house and contacted them to pick the lock on my door. Within fifteen minuted -probably closer to ten- someone was at my house and the door was unlocked five minutes later. The locked was saved and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I can't vouch for is the price. It was $80 and I have no clue whether that is good or bad as this was the only company I contacted.
