I suggested we call a locksmith. We recently returned from a vacation to find the house sitter had locked the inside garage door - and the keys were all inside. It was 10:00pm. My husband was ready to take the door-jam off when I suggested we call a locksmith.

Thanks Desmond and Pat! After calling 4 other locksmith services in Grand Rapids on a sunday morning locked out of my running car and hearing multiple excuses about why my car was "most likely" un-lockable, I contacted A-1. They had no excuses for me and when I mentioned what the other companies had brought up, they simply stated that they could at least try. Desmond provided us incredible service Desmond provided us incredible service when we needed our home locks re-keyed after a break-in. He was able to arrive within 10-15 minutes of our call and was professional, efficient and friendly. He even helped secure a door latch that was not part of the work he had quoted us at no additional cost.I cannot recommend him highly enough!
