Thank you so much! We flew back into Grand Rapids from a week long trip out of state to find that we had lost our car key. It was late Sunday afternoon and no dealers were open. Onstar was able to get us into the car, out of the weather, but we still had no way to start the car. We called A-1 Locksmith Service. They took our VIN# and were able to make a key and get us back underway within an hour. Thank you to Desmond and Pat! We were very pleased with their professionalism and efficiency! The serviceman was very friendly They were super fast and came within 15 minutes. The serviceman was very friendly and my door was opened within five minutes. It was a reasonable price and I was glad to be on my way again.
I will definitely use them again. I recently locked my keys in my car in a store parking lot. It was at night time, but A-1 was very quick to respond, and had my car open in less than 2 minutes. Very friendly too! I will definitely use them again.
