A-1 Jewelry & Coin personally crafted my fiancé and I's wedding bands. We were so wowed with the turn out. Am disappointed in a1 have been a customer for a few years and have been getting less and less for my gold jewelry even when prices per oz have not changed Ralph has no loyalty

Yes Dee Dee has been a customer for a long time. I worked a pricing structure with her based on the volume of merchandise she HAD. She no longer gets anywhere near the quantity of gold she got in the past. So, I told her that I would need to make 10% on the tiny quantity of scrap gold that she has been showing me the last two years. She said she understands & that's only fair.
