I wanted to share my experience in purchasing a diamond ring from this store. I had gone there to trade my old wedding diamond in for an upgrade. The owner, Ralph ********, waited on me. Ralph showed me exemplary customer service! Ralph took out the time to explain diamonds, how they come in different cuts, grades, quality, etc. He showed me different diamonds that he had, not just out of a book. I shopped around with a variety of items I inherited. A-1 Jewelry & Coin had expertise in more than just gold. They paid me top dollar for my diamonds, watches, coins, silver & paper money. Their store is clean & professional. These guys bring dignity to this industry!!
My experience with A-1 jewelry has always been very exceptional. I have been there a few times and have received some necklaces, bracelets, earrings among other jewelry and they are in perfect condition and so beautiful! The prices are very reasonable as well. The store is very clean and presentable. The owner Ralph is always so helpful and welcoming. I am definitely staying loyal to this jewelry store and I recommend it to anyone looking for fair prices and great jewelry

I had a great experience with a1 jewelers. The owner Ralph is very helpful. I was looking for a specific necklace and Ralph was able to show me 3 or 4 different necklaces that were just what I wanted. I also sold a ring to a1 jewelers and they offered me the most. I highly recommend a1 jewelers.
