I have taken the Pound Fit and Zumba classes and they are excellent!
A-1 Fitness is awesome. Super welcoming, positive and great for every fitness level. Members and instructors are all friendly and supportive. Ryan, the owner, is especially great. I've never worked out so hard and loved it so very much. My tween kids love the martial arts classes there too. Truly can't say enough good things about the positive atmosphere here.
A-1 is a great place filled with great people. If you want to make a change for the better, go check them out! -J
Through our great state wide bun community i was invited to come and train with the competitors . what a great gym .the owner is nothing short of doors are open to everyone .this is how a bjj school should be.thank you so much for the hospitality and great rolls
