I did a trial class at I Love Kickboxing. It was fun, and was a stress reliever. But they are way over priced. I found this A1 fitness. Ryans prices are definitely reasonable. So i decided to join. While nervous to take my first class, i did it anyway. It was amazing!!! Megan taught it, while Ryan helped teach me as well the proper techniques. This class blows away I love Kickboxing. I left feeling amazing, less stressed and sweaty! 10 xs better than the other place!! Im so happy I joined.

Ryan's great. I get to go to a lot of Kickboxing classes and his is the best.
Went to my first class on Sunday, and after a few years out of the game, I felt super welcome in this space and Ryan was great at accommodating my slower ramp-up time. Literally every muscle in my body hurts now, 3 days later, but in a good way :-)
