A-1 Fitness hosted our Strong by Zumba instructor training. Thank you Ryan for the use of your facility and expertise in some of the kick boxing moves! I learned a lot. The place was large, great floor, cool with AC, lots of fans!!! I saw lots of fun equipment for members to use. Ryan's enthusiasm and passion for helping others was clear.
I went to a Strong by Zumba Instructor training here today. The facility was really nice, great floors. Greg was a gracious host. He was kind enough to demonstrate proper form for upper cuts and jabs fos us. I wish I lived closer. I would love to take classes here.
