I love going there. The owner Ryan and the staff are great and very welcome. Coming from someone who hate working out, when you're there it's feel like you're working out. My favorite class is kickboxing, I get a chance to punch something legally 😂😂.
My son had his 5th birthday party here yesterday. Ryan and his team did a great job keeping the kids entertained and handled all the set up/clean up. We can’t thank them enough for an awesome party!
OMG this people will get you moving! The work out is really fun!!!
I took a masterclass at A-1 and had a fantastic experience! Great facility, friendly staff, and a very welcoming environment.
Definitely one of my favorite places!! Excellent instructors and a welcoming atmosphere.
