Had an appointment between 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM, nobody showed up or called me to cancel. I called Ed at 3:00 and got his voicemail. Ed called me back at 6:30 PM, he said he got stuck on a job. Ed said he could make it out to me 2 days later in the week, early morning between 8:30 AM & 9:00 AM.
