A-1 app. R Rip off Artist,They Lie & go back on there word! – I purchased a Bosch Washer and Dryer from this company several years ago. The first washing machine they delivered was apparently a floor model or refurbished machine it would not go into spin cycle. They offered to repair it I told them I bought a new washer I wanted a replacement the 2nd washer was scraped up and had a dent in the side the 3rd washer was scratched up The salesman said he would give me a 10 year warranty and a 50.00 kick back i had to call severa... read more

Price Gouging – Find any other appliance repair company to deal with!! A-1 showed up and was here for under 10 minutes - most of the time spent writing up the invoice to take my money for doing nothing. He took all of 30 seconds to diagnose the issue - which could have been done over the phone - then charged me $89 for it (trip charge); none of which will apply towards the actual work being done when they return. "You Are A Fool." – We are remodeling our kitchen and came into their store ready to pick out new appliances. The salesman seemed to be impatient with our questions and got increasingly put out that we didn't know exactly what we wanted within five minutes. Finally, he asked who we were using for our designer. When we told him we were mostly doing it ourselves, he said, "You are Fools for doing it yourselves." Bad products and Service – I purchased my side by side refridgerator from A1 Belle Meade. The first time. I had to have them repair it 3 times. Each time it was 250$. The next time the unit, leaked water all over and ruined my mission brick floor in the kitchen. So I give them a second chance. I purchased a new Electrolux top of the line recomended by A1. Two weeks later it quit working and flooded boody water from what used to be a freezer full of steaks, all over my floor. A1 refused to bring me a new one. I lost over 200$... read more
