I have been 100% satisfied. They are busy, so schedule ahead for work you want done (and take the responsibility to check with them to make sure your parts have arrived, before you show up for your appointment.). 5-stars

I am buying another trailer from A 1 today. Mike is honest, friendly, and knows his stuff. A 1 is busy, but it's worth being patient.
They failed to replace two blown fuses after installing a plug on my friends NEW Dodge truck. We tried to hook up her trailer the next day and she had no brake lights or blinkers. A1 claimed they did not have the right size fuse and neglected to tell her about it. We had to use MY truck to haul her horse!
Great people and wonderful customer service.. Highly recommend !!
