Today was my second workout with Ed at 9round. It was great and I will definitely be back!
If you want a great 30 minute, full body workout, this is the place to be! It's amazing and highly addictive!
9 rounds is a blast! I had so much fun I forgot I was working out! My heavy breathing and dripping sweat reminded me! The trainers are highly motivating and supportive! No matter your fitness they made you feel you belong! The energy of everyone in the room was motivating! Can't wait to go back!

I've been twice now and was hooked after the first time! Love how fast the workout is, how flexible the schedule is (I can go when it is convenient FOR ME...no class times to worry about) and how helpful Ed and Stacy are! Excited to get fit and strong again! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape!!
