Absolutely a fun workout!! Ed and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly! Great pricing!! Workout only takes 30 minutes! Must try!!
I love this place. I've been going for 3 weeks now. It took me a few attempts to even walk in and see the place. I was nervous. Yet, the staff and owner are super friendly and supportive from the first minute I walked in. They help you through each station and are very supportive. I highly recommend trying them out.
