Was intimidated at first, but I really enjoy it. Best part is that it's only 30 minutes and I feel accomplished by the end. I need to work on my form and all the terminology, but I get that it will take time. I love the rotating station format and much prefer it to a group class where everyone is doing the same thing.
Great workout in a short amount of time! I really love a good workout that's fast and effective. It's a little too pricey for me, personally at this time. I wish places like this would/could be a little more affordable...or have a pay as you go (daily) option. Same thing goes for "healthy" food. Too expensive. $3-$5 for a salad, but you can pay $3.49 And get 2 cheeseburgers,fries and a soda. Doesn't make any sense. I digress though. I am 57 yrs young, I decided to try out something totally different. purchased the GroupOn for the Month, and I think I love it! I need a bit more guidance on the proper form, as this is new to me and I don't know all the terminology for the punches, kicks, but I'm sure with practice and time I will master this new activity. It's fast, and you most definitely get a good work-out!
First week....fired up. Ed and staff are so helpful! Focused 30 minutes so much more effective than 2 lazy hours at a regular gym!
