This is an amazing workout! I can tell I'm getting stronger every time I go and feeling so much better. This is a workout I actually LIKE showing up for! :)
I have joined and it is a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back. Planning on going at least 4 times a week possibly 5. Can't say enough about the wonderful trainer April Porter, encourages to keep you going and going all through the 9 rounds.
