Best thing I ever did was sign up at this gym...the ONLY fitness program I've stuck with for more than a few months!! Love the trainers, the concept, and the family environment!! ❤️🥊

Wow what a workout, every muscle on fire (in a great way). I love that I got a total body workout in 30 minutes. The trainers energetic and encouraging, absolutely worth a try. Can't wait to see what results I can achieve once I start going regularly.
My workout today at the Creve Coeur location was awesome.......
I was leery at first as I am a hardcore runner and this is vastly different than the workouts I am accustomed to and that I enjoy the most. I signed up on New Year's Eve as I haven't been great about working out since my son was born. I have been 4 times so far in the last week and I already feel more like my old self. Not to mention the great workout, but I feel empowered while I am there to work hard and go all out!!!
Great workout! Great concept! Great teachers! You start when you show up, not a schedule that doesn't work for you.
