This place is INCREDIBLE. I tried a few different “boxing” gyms before deciding after the “first” visit that “this” was the one. ALL of the trainers I’ve worked with (Joe, Ryan, Danielle and Stevie just to name a few) are super friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming and will help you get an amazing workout. This place is excellent! The trainers are amazing and will always push you for more & always answer all your questions patiently. They show you how to do every exercise even if you asked them multiple times. I have tried going to regular gym & in short span gets bored & left it. At 9 round workouts are always different and trainers keeps you motivated so you never get bored. They also know you by name which makes whole experience very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
