It was great the workouts were hard. Then I said I'd be gone for a month for work and everything turned south. I called in multiple times. I sent an email. I even got the month to month membership because of my crazy schedule. I had told them before even signing up that I would be out and it would be for long periods of time and they said, "No it's fine just call us and let us know and it will be taken care of! Joining the 9Round team is the best decision I have made! The atmosphere is so energetic and the trainers definitely get you pumped up to be working out each day! It is a quick and challenging workout that will leave you sweating and a "good sore!" I found that I was stuck in a boring routine where I felt like I wasn't doing as much as I was capable of, but was scared of the free weight section at a big gym; at 9Round they make you feel comfortable and confident about your abilities! Fantastic workout. Trainers are amazing, they do a great job of motivating while recognizing your fitness level. Always lots of 1 on 1 attention, so trainers are able to assure that technique is correct. I can't be more thrilled with my experience!
