Building is falling apart and just had a fire. Leaky pipes left unfixed for weeks and months caused drywall to crash down and fill the hallway with nobody to clean it for a week or more. Positive there is mold in the building, multiple young children and babies were perpetually sick all at the same time with the same affliction without any of them being in any contact with each other.
