Overpriced for the small amount of space. The room sizes, even in the same apartment and equally priced, vary greatly. Furthermore, the internet for an apartment complex catering to a medical school is simply inexcusable. For the price paid, the connection should be stable, rather than great while normal people are in class and/or asleep and unreliable / nonexistent for most hours when you need it. At the time of writing this, the download/upload speed was tested at 0.52 and 0.38 respectively.
