929 apartments are very nice, safe, convenient and reasonably priced. The staff members are very courteous and really work hard to ensure they fulfill their resident’s needs. This is my 2nd year at 929 and so far have been really impressed with the whole apartment, its proximity to Johns Hopkins Institutions and other nearby attractions. They have a well-equipped gym, reading rooms and many other amenities, not forgetting the amazing terrace that offers a panoramic view of the city. My lease was from August 1st until July 15th. I was forced to pay rent for the entire month of July because my lease said I had to make "12 equal rent payments." I moved out early and turned in my keys on July 3rd, so I paid $1300 to stay here for three days. There is nothing to do in the area. Go to Fells Point if you want a more enjoyable experience. Edit: They also asked for my forwarding address before I left, yet they have not forwarded my packages that were delivered there.
I had a terrible experience with this place. Paid my monthly rent on June 1, except forgot about the $15 increase that began this month. Tried to go onto the portal to pay it over the weekend, but the system was down. Was finally able to log on first thing Monday morning and made the payment, but because was in a rush to go to work, did not check the right bank account. As a result, got a late fee of $70, which they refuse to waive, on top of a $35 fee for failed transaction.… See more
