Moved in 2 years ago. This is the worst place to live especially for the price. When new management took over this place fell apart. The manager is racist and has had 2 of my vehicle towed for no reason. They do not keep track of your packages in the office. Pest control is paid for but never provided. We had a stabbing in front of the office 3 weeks ago. The children living here have to catch the bus on the street with hwy 6 traffic 3 feet away. Racist and lazy office staff. If your young black and successful they will hate you and tow your car every other day. The last management company was great but I’ve been here 2 years and it’s horrible now. We get no community activities and we have had multiple burglaries and assaults on property. Maintenance sucks I had mold on my wall from a leak behind the drywall and instead of replacing he painted over it and of course it’s coming back. Horrible place to live for $1400

Friendy staff, very helpful, love the two tone interior and nice appliances. Maintenance Request have been attended to in a timely manner. One negative- no sound proofing. I hear the TV- music and footsteps of the top floor. I feel like Im sitting in the same apartment as my neighbors. I've lived in other apartment complex and this is the first time I have to deal with this level of noise- having the AC fan running ON helps reduce the sound, but still hard to get used to.
