READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS APARTMENTS!! Do not move here! Waste of money! I would spend a little more time searching for other apartments in the Cypress area but not this apartments. We have moved so many times (Military), we have lived in 4 apartments before this ones in other states. They NEVER charged us for General Cleanup and Carpet Cleaning out of our reimbursement money. I've been at these apartments since they've opened. For me, my experience has been good. The amenities are awesome! Anytime I needed anything they have always responded quickly. The staff has changed quite often, but each time they are very kind. I do feel like years ago they were more diligent with making sure residents did their part in sticking to the rules and times as far as putting out/taking in the trash and maintaining their balconies etc... Probably the nicest looking apartments (inside) I've lived in but that's about it. I can't wait to move... I will say 91 fifty has tremendous potential considering the aesthetics but this is probably the most frustrated I've ever been living in apartment and this is difficult considering I've off Highway 99 on 47th Avenue in Sacramento, California, in the Sun Valley Apartments. 😂 I hope one day can the owners and managers can see the potential it has and put effort into building the amazing community I know it can be. This is my first apartment and I absolutely love it! Marquita in the front office is spectacular and really helped through the entire application. Now that I’ve been living here a couple of months I am so happy I decided on 91 Fifty. It’s an amazing place to live. The granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, natural light, patios, and square footage is all amazing.
Why don’t I recommend these apartments? 1. My vehicle was broken into twice. On the first occasion there were 5 other vehicles that had been robbed and they sent out a letter saying “it’s your responsibility to keep your car secure”. My doors were locked, they broke the glass. The second occasion, my tires were stolen. There are still no security cameras in the apartment. The gates are wide open 3-5 days a week so the “security” is non existent. Bottom line: this place is not safe or secure. Your car will get broken into and... read more
I have been a resident of this property since it opened in October 2015. Since that time management teams have changed a few times, but the transitions have been smooth. I have enjoyed being a resident of this property for its luxurious amenities, it’s prime location, and for its professional and always accommodating staff/maintenance/management team. I am looking forward to many more years at the amazing 91Fifty, a place I proudly call home.
