I received TERRIBLE service at the Hickman location on my birthday. First, the manager was mad that he had to be there. My burger had 1/4-inch of burnt crud on it, and our server (manager) offered a small gift card for our entire group to share between us for a FUTURE visit. I will not be back!
Went to the Hickman location and the server melinda was rude. Try to ask about a few things about the menu and she was not helpful. She said if i didn't like what was on the menu i should go somewhere else. I will not be going back ever again.
I love this place. Its my favorite restaurant ever! They have the best food and the environment is laid back and staff is out of this world. Great place!!!!!!!!!!!
