Love this place the food is awesome and reasonable prices great staff
This place is great! My boyfriend and I went on a date last night and ate at 9 South Chargrill. Our waiter, Jackson, was quite busy but managed to be very attentive. We were seated quickly, and our waters were brought promptly as well. We always take awhile to decided exactly what we want to eat Jackson did not rush us along or forget about us entirely. We were so excited to see the Hickman location open. Unfortunately, our service during both visits/orders has been less than great. The first visit we chalked it up to being open only a few weeks. However, last evening we called in a carry out order-a simple one: a burger and a salad. We called in at 6:50 and asked for a 7:30 pick up (40 min lead); we were told no problem.
